Who we are
Westence is an Australian company building Momentum, a practice-management and growth platform for musculoskeletal clinics, alongside a hands-on advisory for clinic owners. Westence is in the process of being registered as an Australian company; the registered entity name and ABN will appear here once incorporation is complete.
What we collect
- Scorecard responses — your answers to the clinic growth scorecard, including your clinic's size, discipline, current software, goals and frustrations.
- Contact details — your name and email (required to receive your results), and phone or clinic name if you choose to add them.
- Basic analytics — anonymous page-usage data so we can see what's working on this site.
Why we collect it
Two reasons, and only these: to send you your scorecard results and keep you posted on Momentum's early access, and to help us build the right thing — your answers, aggregated with others', shape what gets built first. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond Westence.
Where it lives
Scorecard submissions are stored securely and accessed only by the founder — in a private Google Sheet within our Google Workspace account, accessible only to Westence. Your results email is delivered from that same account.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To have your details corrected or deleted entirely, email hello@westence.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
